This position is a  part-time career opportunity. TEC is seeking a career- oriented facilities consultant professional to support projects for a wide spectrum of clients. Some travel is required, including possible overseas travel.

The ideal candidate must have experience managing facilities operations and maintenance as an owner’s representative or have experience as a service provider.  Prior consulting experience is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Minimum 15 years experience in facilities engineering
  • Must have operations and maintenance (O&M) experience to include: writing statements of work and evaluating bids/proposals, or responding to request for proposals for the performance of O&M services
  • Must have experience either supervising O&M activities or evaluating services performed by O&M contractors
  • Strong verbal, technical writing and analytical skills required
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer and or Certified Facility Manager preferred
