Archaeological Field Technician York, PA

Cardno TEC is seeking archaeological field technicians for a 2-month Phase I survey project in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  •         BA or BS in Anthropology or related field
  •         Completion of a field school in Archaeology
  •         Physical ability to complete up to 35 shovel tests per day and carry
            equipment and field supplies
  •         Ability to complete paperwork, maps, photologs, and artifact inventories 
  •         Ability to use survey and GPS equipment preferred
  •          Preference for experience in the Middle Altantic, Northeast, or Southeast.
