Ms. Stevens has over 7 years of experience working in natural resource management and environmental planning.  Her technical expertise includes fire ecology, plant ecology, writing natural resource management and monitoring plans, Range Air Installation Compatible Use Zone (RAICUZ) plans, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) projects.  Her primary focus has been work with Department of Defense and military installations, including the Air National Guard, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marines, and the U.S. Navy.  However, she has also worked with a variety of other organizations including the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management. 

Amanda has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation, and a Masters of Science degree, focusing on fire ecology, from Colorado State University.
