Catherine "Cathy" Doan

Cathy Doan is a retired Lieutenant Colonel navigator who served with the Air Force for over 21 years. Her environmental experience derives from a Pentagon assignment, where the land withdrawals for the Nellis Range in Nevada and the Barry M. Goldwater Range in Arizona came up for renewal. Cathy was instrumental in working with the bases, BLM, USF&WS, Department of Interior, Native Americans, non-governmental organizations, and Congress to compile the EISs required to renew those critical Air Force training assets. After retirement, Cathy joined TEC and provides airspace and range expertise in military flight operations.

Cathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Central Michigan University, and a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She is a life-time member of the Military Officers Association of America, and is also a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
