James "Jim" Campe

Jim Campe is a TEC Associate and heads the Sacramento Office. He joined TEC in 2006 after spending over 10 years as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) program director at Nellis Air Force Base Nevada. Prior to working at Nellis, he worked as an engineer for the Navy at Mare Island Naval Shipyard. Since joining TEC, Jim has managed or participated in numerous NEPA projects for all military services and the Coast Guard. His engineering background and NEPA experience give him broad expertise in managing technically complex NEPA projects.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. Jim also has several University Extension Certificates in Environmental Management from University of California at Davis.
