Rick Adkisson is Auxiliary Office Manager of TEC’s Kailua-Kona, Hawaii office. Rick has over 25 years of management and environmental field experience, largely focused on CERCLA and RCRA hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste characterization, remedial design, and remedial action projects for the Department of Defense and Department of Energy. Rick is certified as an unexploded ordnance Technician I and his expertise includes both project management and direct field experience with munitions and explosives of concern response actions. In addition, he has produced various HTRW site technical documents and has contributed to numerous environmental impact studies.

Rick holds a Masters of Public Health from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland.
