Bob Warren has been a senior environmental engineer and Principal with TEC for the past 9 years. He has more than 40 years experience in facilities design, facilities planning, environmental planning, environmental compliance, and environmental clean up with the Army, Navy and Marine Corps. Prior to joining TEC, his career included 3 years on active duty with the U.S. Army Engineer Branch and positions as Head of Environmental Planning at NAVFAC Atlantic, Environmental Program Manager at Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps, Assistant Chief of Staff for Environmental Management at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, and Director of the U. S. Marine Corps Regional Environmental Coordination Office in EPA Region 4.

Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute. He is a graduate of the Air War College and completed graduate studies at the George Washington University in Washington DC in Environmental Engineering.
