Robin St. Charles is an Associate of TEC and a Senior Project Manager for TEC’s Asset Management services.  Robin has over 20 years experience in facility asset management, largely focused on Navy Public Works organizations.  He has developed a particular expertise in supporting organizations in their efforts to improve business performance in terms of quality, cost of service, and customer satisfaction through practical and systematic approaches.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  He is a certified Business Process Reengineering Practitioner and Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
