Don Nelson is TEC’s Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the company’s accounting, contract administration, and subcontracting systems; he serves as a member of the TEC ESOP Committee. He has 25 years of accounting and management experience in both the public and private sectors.

Don has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Managerial Accounting from San Diego State University where he also earned a certificate in federal government contract management. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
