Paul Sage is a Principal of TEC and is the company’s Director of Business Development. With over 35 years of management experience, largely focused on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related projects, he has developed a particular expertise in Department of Defense programs involving military training ranges. His technical expertise in socioeconomic impact analysis, natural resources management and energy development has involved him in extensive work in the US, Europe and the Pacific Basin/Rim.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of California Santa Barbara, a Masters of Arts degree in Economic Development from Louvain University, Belgium, and a Masters in Public Administration from Cornell University. He has professional certifications from the universities of Georgia and Oklahoma in Economic Development and is a member of various professional organizations including the International Association for Impact Assessment.
