Carol Wirth is the Jacksonville Office Manager and Senior Associate with 17 years of military and environmental planning experience. Carol has had great success in providing key clients with exceptional problem-solving services covering a wide range of military operations and training issues including expansion needs, range renewal, mission sustainment, and environmental sensitivity and compliance. Many of Carol’s projects have been directly associated with complex and high profile land administration and policy issues involving the Department of Defense, government agencies, other stakeholders, and the interested public. Carol has worked for all branches of the military as well as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service. She has managed dozens of National Environmental Policy documents, a wide range of small area and large complex planning projects, integrated natural and cultural resources management plans, and is a leader in providing innovative encroachment planning related services.

Carol holds a Bachelor in Science degree from the University of Arizona and is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
