Craig Bloxham is a Senior Associate at TEC and manager of the Santa Barbara office. He has over 21 years of environmental planning and government consulting experience, with an emphasis on project management of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related projects. His technical experience has focused on military base encroachment prevention and mission sustainability, land use planning, socioeconomic impact analysis, location/allocation modeling, aircraft noise analyses, and military operations.

Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Geography from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He has served as project manager on a broad array of NEPA projects of all sizes and levels of complexity, including projects for the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Air National Guard.
