Dan Muslin is the TEC Solana Beach office manager and a Principal within the company. He has over 20 years of environmental planning experience focusing on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) projects. He was the senior NEPA program manager for the Navy in the southwest U.S .before joining TEC where he has continued this support to the Department of Defense on their large programs. Some of the notable environmental planning programs he was responsible for were the nuclear aircraft homeporting and base closure projects in southern California. Besides his NEPA expertise he brings to TEC nearly 20 years experience in coastal planning for large beach erosion and ports and harbors projects.

Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
