Kathleen “Kathy” Hall 

Kathy Hall is a TEC Associate and manages the Middletown, Connecticut office. She is an environmental planner with 13 years consulting experience in environmental impact assessment, transportation planning and economic development planning.  She has managed all aspects of the preparation of environmental documents to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act and state environmental policies for federal, state, municipal and private sector clients. Her technical focus is public involvement, natural and socioeconomic resource analysis, wildlife studies and transportation analysis.  She has experience with a diverse range of projects including roadway upgrades and new alignments, dredged material management, downtown redevelopment, and Department of Defense projects.

Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Wesleyan University and has a certificate in Geographic Information Systems. She is newsletter editor for the Hartford Audubon Society and a member of the American Planning Association and National Association of Environmental Professionals.
