Kathy Rose is a TEC Principal and manages the Jacksonville, Florida office. Kathy has over 20 years of public involvement and environmental planning experience. She has directed, managed, and developed environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, land use management plans, and interactive educational CD projects for a large array of Department of Defense clients (U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Air Force and Navy). From Alaska to Florida and Virginia to California, she has directed complex, controversial public involvement programs, successfully completed environmental planning documents, and conducted training in risk communication, the National Environment Policy Act, U.S. legislative process, and natural resource management.

Kathy has a Master of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of Idaho, and a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from George Washington University.
