Kevin Peter is a Principal of TEC and manages the Boise, Idaho Office. He has over 32 years of environmental planning experience with an emphasis on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related projects. His technical experience has focused on Department of Defense projects including aircraft beddowns, aircraft operations, ranges and airspace, and new weapons systems. Mr. Peter’s expertise also involves development of project descriptions, alternatives, and screening/constraints analyses for military actions. Earlier in his career, Kevin managed and conducted hundreds of cultural resource management projects throughout the United States and directed archaeological research as well.

Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Pomona College and a Masters of Arts degree in Anthropology from the Washington State University. He is a Registered Professional Archaeologist.
