Jeff Villnow is a Principal of TEC. His experience spans both private and public sector clientele, and a wide range of architectural/engineering service areas, including environmental management, asset management, and information management. He has directed projects across the U.S., in Europe, and in South America.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Watershed Sciences from Colorado State University, and a Master of Science degree in Hydrology from the University of Arizona. He has been with TEC since 1996.
