Jeff Hart is a Principal of TEC and leader of the Environmental Restoration Working Group. He has over 22 years of federal contract management experience, including 17 years conducting environmental restoration and water resource projects. His technical expertise focuses on complex environmental restoration projects from a groundwater resources perspective, including vadose zone and groundwater contaminant transport modeling. Jeff opened TEC’s Honolulu office in 1996 and is currently managing TEC’s Environmental Restoration Group from our Denver Office.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, is a Registered Geologist in the state of California, and is a member of various professional organizations including the Society of American Military Engineers.
