Peer Amble is a Principal at Cardno TEC and a Senior Project Manager who helped establish and grow the Santa Barbara office. He has over 20 years of environmental planning and government consulting experience with an emphasis on National Environmental Policy Act projects for the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and National Guard Bureau. He has managed multi-year environmental planning contracts and has served as project manager on a broad array of projects of all sizes and levels of complexity, including Environmental Impact Statements for complex military actions in the Pacific. Areas of expertise include military operations, major infrastructure developments, range development and sustainability, military economic impact assessment, and encroachment planning.

Peer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a member of the Association of Environmental Professionals and the Society of American Military Engineers.
