Terry Rudolph is a TEC Principal, a Senior Project Manager, and a Cultural Resources Leader. She has over 30 years of environmental planning experience with an emphasis on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act related projects. These projects have included cultural resource investigations, environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, and NEPA resource analyses. She has managed projects throughout the United States and in the Pacific region and has extensive experience working on military installations and ranges.

Terry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from Florida State University and a Masters of Arts degree in Anthropology from Southern Illinois University. She is a Registered Professional Archaeologist and is a member of the Society for American Archaeology and the Southeastern Archaeological Conference.
