William J. “Bill” Taylor is a Principal of Cardno TEC and the firm’s Water Resources Practice Leader. For nearly 25 years, Bill was the owner and President of a water resources firm specializing in aquatic ecosystems, focusing especially in surface water quality, stormwater, and aquatic habitat. Bill holds an MS in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of Washington Department of Civil Engineering, and an undergraduate degree in Aquatic Ecosystems Analysis with a focus in marine and estuarine ecology from Huxley College, Western Washington University. Bill’s recent work has been supporting specialty water quality studies in stormwater assessment and management, and estuarine habitat restoration especially in working ports and urban waterfront environments.
