Bill Pavlick is a TEC Inc. Principal and Manager of TEC’s Southeast Region. He oversees TEC offices throughout the southeastern United States and provides operational oversight of TEC’s European subsidiary company, TEC GmbH, headquartered in Schwetzingen, Germany. He is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering and environmental projects and programs. He has managed projects and programs focused on environmental compliance, environmental planning, environmental restoration, asset management, and facilities and logistics management.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Long Island University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the Army Engineer Association.
